Millie kindly agreed to meet me at a dealership closer to my home and drove my broken car to it's final destination.

Dealt with Michael initially then Sam at Berry Thames Ditton. Both were very helpful at all times. Sam in particular explained everything very clearly and went out of his way to accommodate us. Was a pleasure dealing with him.

The cause DriveTrain error was thought to be the hybrid battery performing below par. I was told I'd get a quote for replacing this but todate no quote has been forthcomming. Meanwhile the car seems to be running okay.
